The strange beasts are wildly varied and unpredictable, meaning no two encounters are the same, and even seasoned pilots can be overwhelmed by the titanic monsters. And so, Platinum Chalice is deeply impressed that her new co-pilot — still green and inexperienced — has performed so well. In fact, she has decided that Tempest has earned a special reward.
