> For as dated as the animation is for Dungeons & Dragons, there's a lot of really well done scenes. In this episode alone there's the beautiful backgrounds, the gorgeous exterior of the castle, the surprisingly detailed way that Merlin pets his hare, the dragons forming out of smoke and rising into the sky, some stuff I can't mention yet…there's a lot of really cool things. If you can find it (and I believe the series is on Youtube for "free") I highly recommend finding some time to sit down and watch. It's not perfect by any stretch (I cannot tell you how many times I've had to shift around the frame I'm using because of something like a hair on the cell), but there's a charm to the style that isn't quite replicated in more modern cartoons.

> DM: Right behind Merlin, yeah.

> DM: It's okay! Even Discord has bad luck sometimes!

> Rainbow Dash: We go through the trouble of making this easier, and I still screw up!
> DM: You're not screwing up, Dash. Failing is a part of the story! Even Daring Do doesn't succeed right away, right?
> Rainbow Dash: No, but at least she has the excuse of some bad guy tripping her up.
> DM: So do you, Rainbow Dash. Someone set you up to fail.
