Hawk already tried to get the clock out of her hands, but she always lifted it up, giggling.

He was jumping now after the clock, getting a bit desperate, but she always held it just out of her reach, giggling every time which only made him more desperate.

This only made him to concentrate on the clock even more, and he jumped harder and harder, but always missed just by an inch…all he could see is the clock, and all he could hear is her giggle every time he missed it. He finally crouched down and used all of his strength to jump up, but once again, it was out of his reach.
