Hair: Long wavy red-purple mane, with a long, pale yellow tuft on her neck. Poofy tail of the same two colors.
Eyes: Amber. She often wears red-purple eyeshadow, to match her mane.
Accessories: She often wears necklaces and/or bracelets, but she doesn't have any "iconic" ones she always wears. Basically, she likes to change them a lot to follow the latest trends ;P
Residence: Ponyville, together with her husband Overlooked Wonder ("Sadly…").
Personality: Carefree's got charisma! Whenever she speaks, stallions are bewitched by her words (but above all, by her way of speaking…and why not, also by her way of looking ;P) and mares get jealous of her. She's a refined lady, with an old-fashioned taste and old-fashioned manners. She's one of the last remaining examples of those ponies that during a famine would starve rather than going to buy something to eat if they don't have the right clothes to put on. She considers most of nowadays' youth rude and ill-mannered, with the exception of Stendhal. She's very proud of the way her son grew up and loves him very much. Unfortunately, she can't say the same of Stendhal's father. When she married him, she was convinced he was going to give her the happiness and the attention she had always been looking for. She even gave up her promising career as an actress (from which her stage name comes), reassured by Overlooked's unstoppable social climbing in the field of Maregyptology, which should easily support both, and maybe even a child or two. The predicted success did come, and he became one of the best known historians in his field, but too much work and too little rest drained Overlooked's affection. He quickly grew out of love and passion, and Stendhal's birth was the last heartbeat of a dying marriage. Tired of throwing her love in a bottomless pit that gave her nothing in return, Carefree directed all her attentions at her son, teaching him all she knew to make sure he grew up polite, cultured and surrounded by her motherly love. Carrie and Overlooked's marriage has been officially in crysis for a lot of years, now, and it's not infrequent to hear this fiery mare spitting her bitterness and regret at her husband, blaming him for crushing her acting dreams, tricking her into marrying him and leaving her stuck with a wealthy, yet very boring life she didn't want. He usually just ignores her, which makes her even angrier. Oh well, at least she has a lot of friends! :dummy: In fact, since she doesn't have to worry about working anymore, she can often be seen hanging around with Luli (Lonesome Lime, Overlooked's sister) or Fresca or other more or less refined mares. Since what she loves most are arts, she's usually watching movies at the cinema, attending vernissages, going to concerts or at the theater, visiting boutiques to be informed about the latest trends…she keeps herself busy! And out of her house, since she feels oppressed there… ;
Special talent: She's pretty good at acting, thanks to her charisma. You wouldn't call her one of the greatests actresses around, but when she was still in the movie business, she used to get quite a few offers for new parts from different directors. And a marriage proposal almost every week :giggle: She also has a really good taste, almost in every field: music, food, home furnishing, interior design, paintings, dresses, books…
Likes: All kinds of art. Books (except "Too-engaged" literature). Design. Dresses. Movies. Museums. Libraries. Eating out (Only classy restaurants, though). Beautiful things. Classy things. Fruit juices.
Dislikes: Her husband. (Well, more like her husband's current behavior: seems impossible, but there was a time when she loved him and he loved her ;) Rudeness. Bad taste. Chocolate (except extra bitter). Kitsch. B-movies. Cooking (But she does that anyway, because Overlooked is too lost in his thoughts to conceive the idea that if you don't eat, you eventually die :XD:).
Cutie Mark: it represents one of those cigarette holders that ladies used to smoke between the 1910s and the late 1960s. She doesn't smoke, don't worry, it's just to symbolize she is a refined, classy, fiery and determined mare ;P
