Even nurses need a check up once in a while for their teeth and Instant Care is no exception. Luckily Dental Authority made time to get the bottom heavy pegasus/earth pony mare in for her check up sooner that originally scheduled. Knowing whether or not Instant was gonna be pulled to go off to tend to somepony's wounds or medical emergency, Dental went right to work as we see here. Gazing into Instant Care's maw much to the shock and surprising arousal as her mouth is taken for a ride by the dentist pony. She was not about to question the acts D.A was doing but she couldn't help but blush at the aggressive actions that shocked her as the unicorn/earth pony mare in front of her took even her adrenaline junkie half of her by surprise. Dental on the other hand, thankful that the mare at least knows how to brush, though of course there would always be time to give some precautionary techniques regarding the brush, some floss and other small tools to which she can appeal to Instant's Redheart half to take heed on.
As that examination was ongoing somepony else was doing the exact opposite of what Dental may consider a "healthy dental choice". This of course being Ms. Exquisite Attire, the unicorn fusion taking a day off of her regiment and dieting plans to indulge herself in some sweet treats from none other than a local Ponyville baker and sweetheart Clumsy Carrot. Bestie of [RainbowTashie](/profiles/RainbowTashie) and a wifey of her horsebando [Royal Minutes](https://www.deviantart.com/bigonionbean/art/Time-to-be-THICC-by-RainbowTashie-842951346), the little carrot farmer and mailmare had been given a week and a half of holiday by her boss following the adorable minx working the night shifts voluntarily where nopony else would. This earning good props from her boss and giving Clumsy Carrot the time off that she could enjoy all to herself. Some of that time taken of course to bake an amazing three layered carrot cake, a mainstay that both her component gals (Derpy x Carrot Top) would be proud of. Getting a visit of course from her friend Exquisite was a pleasant surprise, the fashionista/model mare stopping by since she accompanied her friend from Canterlot to come to Ponyville so her friend Instant could get her dental appointment done by Clumsy's friend Dental Authority. The current image here being a moment of the unicorn getting an accidental booty bump by the little pegasus/earth pony gal. A little amount of silliness can always go a long way, in this case it being poor little Clumsy bumping into Exquisite's butt.
