Things that are super-reflective are hard to shade. Things that are transparent are insane to shade. Balloons are both!
Dash started out as an actual Sweetheart Sister, but it soon became apparent that it was her in disguise. I rather like this version of her. By the way, any collectors who don't have the 9" Rainbow Dash, Rarity, or Star Catcher styling ponies, you are totally missing out on their beautiful curtains of smooth, pet-able hair. :3
This is my first try at colored outlines, and some new shading techniques as well. It is nice to have inspiration hit me so squarely in the face.
