Summary:
The only example of the N3500 model, an upgraded version of the N3000 series hippoid.
The pilot build was customized and supplied to the Canterlot central health center to work as a nurse assistant, her heart-shaped monitor and retinal scanners allowed her to realize quick health checkups on patients.
After 4 years, the testing period ended satisfactorily on Mekaquestria's part, however, due to the massive cost of the unit, the CCHT ultimately rejected to hire her. As a result, she was sent back to Mekaquestria's central Headquarters, where she carried out a regular job-less life for further testing.

Goldheart was shown capable of designing a fully functional combat suit with a series of weapons, including several high-technology ones such as a kinetic shield or a pair of miniature electrical coils on it's helmet.
Findings on her quarters revealed several blueprints of the suits (as well as several issues of a locally-popular comic series) , and geolocator information also revealed that she would hang out with members of the Equestrian Mechanical Self-Defence Force, which probably had built the suit for her based on the blueprints.
Ever since that suit was built and the testing period fully ended, she was allowed to enlist the ranks of the EMSDF as a rookie.
