With a few cold and snowy clouds custom manufactured by the newly constructed weather factory ||happily funded by Rainbow Dash through legally binding arbitration between Pinkamena Diane Pie LLC and the City of Cloudsdale||, Dash is ready to send chills down the backs of an entire new generation of fillies and foals as they collect their sweet treats this year! Bwa ha ha ha!

After I read this anniversary's prompt, this idea immediately sprang to mind so I scratched it out ASAP. I think it turned out pretty well, don't you? I got some ideas for the rest of the mane 6 while doing this one, so hopefully I can get those done up as well. Been on a roll and hope to continue my drawing streak as we trot along, I always get really inspired during spooky month!
