Meet Candy Cane, the older daughter of Sunfish and Fine Catch! She works alongside Cream Puff at the Canterlot Aquarium as a Malacologist, someone who specializes in the study of mollusks (ie animals like squids, octopi, snails, slugs, and clams). Candy Cane seems to vibe with the creatures in her profession, believing that slow and steady wins the race. She has three hermit crabs that she keeps as pets and takes them everyone in a little carrier, even to work! Even when she's not on call for work, she spends most of her time at the aquarium, if only because her light sensitivity causes her to prefer low or soft lights, which are very commonly used around marine animals.

Meet Flower Horn, the youngest child of Sunfish and Fine Catch! Unlike his older sister, Flower has no idea what he wants to do for a living and spends his time working on his father's fishing boat. He seems to love the idea of furthering his education at a specialized academy, but has no idea what his area of study would be. This indecisiveness seems to permeate his life, constantly leading him to sit back and watch his life go by. The only thing that seems to push Flower Horn is learning new facts about various subjects to look impressive to others. This stallion has a big brain, he's just not using it.
