Likes: A slightly less known fact about Aiexos is her interest in singing voices. Music was entirely different in her day, but listening to the vocal range of different people, men and women, always brings a very relaxed and content feeling to her, particularly the voices and vocal range of males. As well as this, she is pretty good at singing too. Being a big mare, Aiexos' voice can be very loud and commanding, which translates very well into the world of singing. She has a decent range, is very good at holding notes, and seems to have a good grasp of tone and key.
Aiexos is also mildly versed in artistic matters. While methodically and academically she falls short, her own unique take on body art, contrasts, colours and their meanings are particularly interesting. She has a good grasp on what feelings and thoughts body paint can evoke.
BIO: The story of Queen Aiexos begins hectic and unfortunate. Born under travelers from outside the Zercan desert, she would quickly be captured at a young age and torn from them during a raid, and indoctrinated into a new tribe. Her new family.
This new tribe would teach her the ways of travel, hunting, gathering and fighting. Under the title of outsider though, her training was more rigorous and cruel than any of the other children as she had 'evil' in her, since she was raised by devils.
Along with the training, she was also harshly taught the values of the tribe. -Worship the sun and the moon, and never leave the desert. -You are a traveler, your home is the desert. Abide by these rules, and you may leave the desert to travel in the afterlife. Disobey the text, and your soul will stay forever. -Most importantly, cleanse the world of demons of magic and sorcery, for magic was a tool for the gods, not for mortals. Such power could only be theirs.
The effect of all this raised her to be an effective member of the tribe, moreso then the rest of the younger members. She was a hardier traveler, a tougher combatant, and a fierce zealot to her ideals, only bolstered by her large and intimidating frame.
Through trial, quest, challenge and struggle, the mare quickly rose to be a high member of the tribe. She showed unquestioning loyalty, fierce strength and speed, and devotion to her religion before anything else. By word from her leaders, her outsider blood had been banished. However, her tests were not over. She held the title of Messiah.
Now with her position, she led warriors of the Zercan tribe in hunt of wielders of magic. She slew devil after devil in the name of her religion, and by command of superiors. She razed the unbelievers, camp after camp, and she spread the name of her tribe through the dusty plane. Fear of her grew, and the name of her tribe, the Ozmaki, spread like fire.
Entire tribes disappeared, entire bloodlines of magic wielders vanished from history, entire stories and teachings, generations of magical wisdom, gone. Aiexos embodied religious zealotism, she was truly the chosen Messiah. Her place in the afterlife was guaranteed…
Though soon, doubts and scorn from the ones she loved would have her question her actions. While the leaders of the tribe had built a masterpiece of her, her family began to see her as unforgiveable, harsh. Through trail and perseverance, emotional turmoil, and guilt ridden bitter epitomies, in a twist of events became the new leader of the tribe, a Queen.
The culmination of her story had turned her into a mighty figure of power, endurance and strength, a leader before anything else. However, she had an understanding of her own shortcomings, and guilt of her past actions. Her less-than-stellar intellect, mouldable nature, indoctrination and oversight of the complete picture failed her in early life.
Now she bears a stubborn leniency of independence, untrusting biases, and a hard-to-ally stance on friendship. She also still struggles with the truth of her religion. While she doesn't uphold the traditions of its text, is all of it lies? And most worryingly, now with all said and done, was she a monster for the things she did?
8 Things About Aiexos www.deviantart.com/thecrimsons…
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: So the first of the references is doneeee, noice.
The main change I've made with Ace is her hair loosing the red stripe, other than that she's pretty much the same mare lol. But MAN. Making characters is really hard, like i have literally no idea if she looks better or worse without it, or even if it makes any difference whatsoever. But regardless, I like the idea of her hair eventually loosing the red colouring as she gets older anywho, so there's that. If it all goes wrong I can rely on that XD
Lastly the whole reason I decided to do these references is because I did an art trade using Ace, and I realised her old reference needed updating. So, go give that a favourite cause its an awesome rendition of her, and I didn't link it in the actual Art Trade so I thought I should here: www.deviantart.com/crazydragon…
One down 3 to go. I'll be updating this with her proper description from the old reference in a week or so.
