While conquering the world and ruling Equestria will always be the lead mission goal of Sacer Malum, taking the time to revel in the spooky season is not necessarily a detriment to her goal of conquest. Even an all powerful magical buggbutt, moonbutt, and shadowbutt queen/empress can get in on the festivities. Though in her typical rebel fashion and despise for all authority apart from her own, Sacer of course would break such small rules like the "take 1 pls" rule for the candy during the trick or treat parts of the nightmare night festival…Well that and her Nightmare Moon component does love her sweets.
