3- For Misty's hair it's just bounces! You can have small even sized bounces or uneven big bounces, depending on your style. For hair like Mistys, there is no hair whisps (think the pointy tips that come off Rainbow's hair), excluding at the bottom where the hair ends. Also dont forget her cornrows! You can look up guides for detailed cornrows, or u can just draw them as rounded ovals.
4- Add hair coils/loopies! It adds more bounce and coil feeling to the hair. You can do big or small loops. Reference pinkies hair if you want some reference for hair loopies.
