> 1. Granny Smith is the oldest of all the older generation parents/grandparents, and she is sadly losing her memory. Sympathy Song greatly reminds her of a similar pony… only three apples come to mind. Sym is very shy about this, but appreciated the compliment. Granny is the first/only grandparent to pass as of now… and she is missed greatly. Sym always thinks about that passing compliment, and it's helped her grow closer to her Ma, AJ.

Cosmo with his intense magic, and Nova with her impressive wing strength (for a foal) This becomes much worse as they go through their growth spurts, as all foals don't have much control over their wings/magic. Velvet and Night Light are both very impressed and very… scared. Flashbacks to Twilight's younger years in the Gifted Unicorns school… Babysitting is always an interesting challenge.

> 3. Cloudy, while looking like she has a tough exterior, is very soft towards babies. Their tiny size and innocent child-like wonder, she simply adores all of her grandchildren. She loves reading them bedtime stories, and have recently clung to the triplets because they're the last foals they're going to watch grow up. (17 foals is more than enough!)

> 4. Bow loves to fly, even in his old age. Yes, he loves all of his grandchildren equally, but… he may have a bias towards pegasai! He loves one-on-one flights, helping them practice tricks, and cheering them on in school games. And of course he loves a good race every once in a while! Here he flies with Fruity Whirl, a silent flight because the kid is mostly deaf, but Bow doesn't mind. Sometimes the lesser the words, the better.
