Fosgitt is eh… fine. No real complaints about him. Andy Price fucked up maybe not by writing this shit, but by getting in a position where he had to illustrate this shit that other people were writing. But he's illustrated enough asshole bulls and evil clouds that I can't say he's not partially to blame for the story writing.
Whatever really is the case, the truth is unfortunately hidden from us.
If he's only responsible for the art, I don't think it merits such hostility. He's still way, way, way better at this stuff than Jay Fosgitt.
