I have been having brainrot of him for three days straight now and it's driving me insane for not drawing him sooner WRAAAGHHHH

Anyways I love he, so much… <3
I just love the idea of Butterscotch being a pediatric, he loves working with kids, has the patience of an actual saint.
Also he's married to fem!Discord ofc. He transitioned a lot later in life (mid 30s), mustered up the courage to figure himself out around the time he began to get closer to his then girlfriend Discord. Discord was supportive of him regardless, it wasn't a huge change to her since it was still her partner after all. Butterscotch came up with his name because his wife was already nicknaming him "Butters" when they started dating. He thought it was fitting since she helped him come out of his shell more.

His transition journey was pretty smooth, it had it's ups and downs. Mostly with anxiety coming from himself, because he feared what others might perceive. But in the end he went through with everything because he's doing it for himself damn it! His happiness matters too.

He's amazing with kids, and they tend to warm up to him super quickly. His office has a lot of plushies, toys, coloring books, and ofc a bowl of candy. He's insanely passionate about his work, to the point he tends to overwork himself to burnout. But if you ask him he'll say that that's just another day as a healthcare worker (dummy). Discord would often have to drag him back home because he'd sleepover at the hospital at times when he's swamped with work. (The nurses love him btw, he gets to join in their potlucks because he's cool like that)

Butters hasn't decide on his hairstyle yet, so it's just a messy trim for now. He's too busy looking after his patients to bother with a trip to the salon. But Rarity might just drag him around to one eventually. I'm happy with how this page turned out! Had a rough start trying to figure out how I wanted to draw him, but I'm glad I pushed through :] I can't stress how happy I am with this, it feels warm and fuzzy.
