In direct contrast to his brother, Mikey hates that he is a vampire, he just wants to look normal. He should have fangs like his brother does, and indeed he actually does, however he gets rid of them by cutting and filing them down, very painful, but he just wants to be perceived as a normal pegasus and without sharp fangs while his brother doesn't mind the fangs and works with them and is coy about actually being a vampire.

Unfortunately for Mikey and all, vampire fangs grow back, during [a late night transformation](/3065532) they grow back in his normal form, and he has to get rid of them all over again, or perhaps deal with keeping them, but he never wants to keep them and actively goes out of his way to avoid anypony else seeing him with them.
