Under Ottoman rule, all of Equestria will pay heavy taxes to fund the Ottoman war campaigns as the Sultan's forces march into the Galaxy. Even odder is the fact that while the Sultan might allow the Equestrians to worship their gods, he might even encourage his bizarre subjects to convert to Islam.
They also get nice cannons and guns.
