Of course I don't think Octavia is heartless! It's just how I interpretted some of the scenes and wandered off a bit. Just another parody of a parody is all. I mean, I immediately suspected Octavia's actions when Vinyl's set started burning. (If we put it in a story-telling sense.) Instead of putting it out herself, she was like, 'Oh… oh…. ah… eh.. uh…'



I just decided I'm getting rid of the whole file of this. It's still seem random anyway.
