Wanted to work up a quick picture for something pony related when I thought up this picture of retrothegempony inspired from this picture by the-furry-railfan and this pic made by them.

After struggling to pull up her shorts whilst getting dressed, Retro wonders why her belly looks and feels so bloated. After several attempts to exhale air from her body, her tummy hasn't shrunk any further.. until she notices that it isn't air in her tummy, its some newly added pudge. All she can think is "Oh, it isn't air, is it? heh heh, whoops"

Guess this is what happens when you hang around Sugarcube Corner and a certain pink earth pony for a little too long. :p Either way, enjoy!
