You don't have to be psychotic to be incapable of function or living unsupervised in the real world. Chris-chan proves that. He's "merely" severely autistic and maybe borderline mentally retarded. Seb reminds me of him more and more, actually, from the cringetastic "art" to the offended and belligerent tone.
Seb is the only artist I know who's used someone's YCH template as a base without permission, so I think he's just dumb and easily misled here, which I can't blame him for. Not outright psychotic.
He definitely doesn't have a lot of supportive people in his life, with how much he draws about wishing for that.
I can't even mock Seb. He's obviously very, very broken on a fundamental level. Everything from him indicates Chris-chan levels of dysfunction.
