You can't draw a one-time oc, because then someone will draw 20 of them and pretend to be 20 anons. There's no way to tell a fanon character should be in the collab, because whoever drew her is anon so can't say what she should be used for. There are some collabs you can do anonymously, but the whole point of this sort is to get to know the people involved.

And sorry, I really didn't know whether you thought that or not. I've gone on image boards before where they'll flame people even for using a tripcode, if those people aren't producing good enough content by some nonspecific standard. You can only have an identity once you uh, write greentext good enough that someone… wants to know you, except the people who don't.

As an artist anon, you could:
Draw a one-time oc and submit it
Draw a fanon character somewhat distinctly and submit it
Draw anonfilly/colt somewhat distinctly and submit it
There's really a lot of opportunities as soon as you look at the task somewhat creatively
And no, answering your ridiculous claim, i don't think that "only good artists should be considered part of the "ponerpics" community". Who would even be judge of that?

Sure, I might think it's stupid, but anons can stay anon and still do a lot of good commenting on pics, and uploading and tagging stuff. They just can't participate in community collabs, because they'd need their own identity then.

I mean I'm fine if just people with actual OCs get in the group picture and not anons, as long as they're aware of it. Maybe you could draw a bunch of generic ponies in a… Ponerpics stable?
