Story — Take a Boat With Five Ponies

Summary: Rarity takes her friends for a boat ride adventure at Riverfront Canal Cruises, a tourist attraction in Richmond, Virginia. However, they find out that the boat has the stirring wheel is placed at the very far back, so Rarity takes the role as captain.

Rarity and her friends are walking past a building named "La Difference", and walked down the stairway. And along the way, they saw a boat that caught attention to them.

"Where did that boat come from?" Applejack asked her friends, as she never saw that boat before, in her universe or in the real world. "I know this ain't the boat ya see everyday, but whoever took a ride on a boat in the past?"

"Hmm, I would wanna ride on that boat when we get on it!" Rainbow Dash claimed with excitement, preferring for a chance that she rides on the boat, and so does the other ponies.

"Me, too!" Fluttershy agreed, also wanting a chance for a ride on the boat.

"Me three!" Pinkie Pie responded, feeling excited just as the other ponies are, knowing the boat is just what has made them excited already today.

Rarity was looking at her friends all agreeing on riding the boat, still somepony must take control over the stirring wheel. "My, you ponies sure love that boat near us." She commented about her friends' interests over the boat.

"What could you say that Richmond has the best boats around, huh?" Rainbow Dash asked with thrill, flying in the air and that she couldn't help herself but ride the boat.

"Um, yes, darling, it is." Rarity replied, as she somehow finds the boat up front looking very beautiful.

The Mane Five walked themselves towards the boat, wondering how they can ride on it. When they made it just in time, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy appeared on another side, while the others remained on one side.

"Hmm, how do we get in the boat?" Fluttershy asked her friends, as she needed advice on what they should do in order to get inside the boat.

"Maybe let us step in the boat one at a time." Pinkie Pie suggested, as the ponies should go inside the boat after the previous pony steps in the boat. "Just make sure you don't go in a little quickly."

"Okay, we can try that." Applejack said, as she allowed herself to go in the boat first. Rarity walked next, Pinkie Pie was third, Rainbow was fourth, and Fluttershy finally would go last.

All the five ponies are in the boat, but Pinkie Pie had a question, "How can this boat move when nopony's controlling the stirring wheel?"

"She's correct, one pony must take the position as captain and help make this boat move!" Applejack says with her hoof on her chin, deciding who should be the captain in the boat they are in, which could help them go anywhere in Richmond, Virginia.

"Let me be captain for this one." Rarity told her friends, which they agreed with, and the stirring wheel, however, was at the back, so Rarity had to go the other way around.

Rarity tried making the boat go using only her hooves, but it did nothing.

"Try using magic, Rarity!" Rainbow Dash told Rarity, giving her a tip on using magic for things that can't move without it.

Rarity used her magic and the stirring wheel started moving, therefore the boat also moved. She kept her hooves on it, holding the stirring wheel.

"Now where we can go anywhere around Virginia!" Rarity said as she controlled the boat so that she and her friends can eventually end up in another city in Virginia, in which her friends eventually agreed with.

"I hope we can bring Twilight with us next time." Applejack told her friends, as they noticed Twilight wasn't with them the whole time, while she and her friends continued enjoying the boat rides in Virginia.
