Story — Calling In the Parents and the Aunts

Summary: Mane Allgood, Snap Shutter, Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty visit a home in Kansas City, Missouri where they help a young girl named Holly, who struggles a lot with her homework involving simple math problems.

"Thanks for taking us with you once again." Aunt Holiday told Mane Allgood and Snap Shutter, being honored again that the two would take her and Auntie Lofty along as last time.

"No problem. Always thought taking my two sisters would always be exciting just like old times." Snap Shutter spoke with confidence and trusted Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty for being so much with helping them out with whatever they need.

"This home looks very big and flat, I could live at this place even if I wanted." Aunt Holiday looked at the house behind her.

"I doubt you and Lofty are gonna be moving into this place." Mane Allgood joked, wishing her sisters would be living in a home in Kansas City, Missouri. "The people would be caring about you two in a relationship with each other."

Aunt Holiday and Aunt Holiday rolled their eyes at Mane Allgood, looking annoyed.

"Mane, I told you not to bring that up in public!" Snap Shutter reprimanded Mane Allgood for talking about the relationship between Holiday and Lofty.

"You have an objection, Snap?" Mane Allgood responded, giving her husband a smirk on the face, which he did not like and was feeling offended from her words. "Like you are the who holds a grudge against other ponies in a relationship all the time."

Snap Shutter kept his mouth shut while Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty giggled at this. "She's just teasing with us, Snap…" Auntie Lofty told Snap Shutter.

The door opened up behind the ponies, revealing a woman who approached for something that was a problem.

"Please, you must help!" said the woman, who was kinda anxious. She has wavy brunette hair, wearing a bright lime green jacket, yellow shirt, purple skirt and pink shoes. "I have a daughter inside, and she's currently having difficulties with her homework on simple math problems!"

"Simple math problems?" Snap Shutter asked, curious about how simple math problems are being difficult when they should be actually easy.

The woman responded, saying, "Yes. And she's currently not so great at math, and her math teacher is really fed up with her not learning math every time in class. I need the help from you ponies and fix this situation, please!"

"Alright, we will help." Mane Allgood said, as she and the other three walked in the house, meanwhile, the girl's mother would go elsewhere and attend a meeting while appreciating them for stepping in.

Inside the house, the ponies walked across a hallway, and when Snap Shutter opened a door, he realized that is a girl sitting on the bed, looking bored and gloomy while holding her pencil.

"This looks like it." Snap Shutter told Mane, Holiday, and Lofty, and they all entered the room despite the young girl still not looking at them.

The girl was still looking at her homework, until Mane Allgood came closer towards her, and asked, "Are you the daughter that your mother told us about?"

"Why, yes, I am." The girl responded, as she shook her hands with Mane Allgood's hoof. "Anyways, the name's Holly, and I currently need some help with my homework because I am not so good at math."

"That is we have come for." Aunt Holiday approached further, standing next to her sister, smiling.

Holly showed the ponies her homework, and it contains nine answers, and Holly has not written anything down yet, and she fears that she will fail her math class.

"Hmm, we gotta solve this, everypony!" Snap Shutter said, as he and the three mares can get this problem solved in no time. "With us together, we can do this the best and easy way possible!"

The first problem was ninety-eight times two, the second problem was fifty-four minus twenty plus thirty-six, the third problem was two-hundred minus one-hundred eleven, the fourth problem was seven plus fourteen, and the rest are all division problems.

"Isn't the first answer one-hundred ninety six?" Holly asked Auntie Lofty, unsure whether or not that is the correct answer.

"Um, I believe that would be correct." Auntie Lofty replied.

Next, Holly looked at the second answer, writing down "70" on the paper, and then showed Snap Shutter her homework again.

"That seems correct." Snap Shutter said, leaving Holly happy and less stressed.

On the third one, Holly wrote down "89", "21" on the fourth one. Mane Allgood helped Holly with the fifth and sixth answers, while Aunt Holiday and Snap Shutter helped her with the seventh and eighth answers and Auntie Lofty helped her with the last one.

"Oh, thanks for helping me with my homework." Holly praised the ponies for helping get all the answers correct on her math homework.

"If it weren't for us, things could not have gotten any better." Snap Shutter told Holly, as he walked his way, waving goodbye at her.

Back outside, the ponies looked so excited over helping Holly out with her homework.

"All right, I guess we should go do something else." Snap Shutter said, suggesting that they find something else they can do exciting, which is what he has come up with.

"Like what?" Auntie Lofty asked Snap Shutter.

"I know! We should have an all-out barbecue party!" Snap Shutter said, wishing for some barbecue with his wife and his sisters. "Eating all the food at a restaurant is what putting me in a good mood!"

Mane Allgood, Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty did not like this option, but they chose to stick with anyway and move on.
