Summary: Applejack visits a family in Truckee, California during the winter, in which the parents need help keeping the children warm and comfortable. To make sure things go the right way, Applejack helps out.
"Boy, this place is so cold out right now." Applejack told herself, as she walked through the snow in Truckee, California, having winter clothes on.
Applejack was still feeling brave as usual that she can handle the winter for as long as she winter clothes on her body, which does often keep her warm and prevents her from getting cold and sick.
While walking through the snow, Applejack heard a voice calling out her name, and she turned around, seeing a house far away from her. "Looks like I gotta get the hay movin'!" Applejack rushed herself, pacing with her four hooves all together and run towards the house.
Applejack knocked on the door, and it was a woman who then opened it. "Why, hello!" Applejack greeted with the woman living with her family.
"The name's Andrea Cooper, and I would kindly appreciate it if you could help me keep my children warm and comfortable during the winter, please." Andrea told Applejack, who needs help from the pony in keeping her children staying healthy and warm during this cold winter season in Truckee, California.
"Alright, I can help ya!" Applejack agreed, entering the Cooper family's house shutting the door behind her.
Inside the house, Andrea's family consisted of her husband, Edwin, three children, Emily, the eldest, Vincent, the middle one, and Brooke, the the youngest. All members in this family had brunette hair and blue eyes, except for Edwin, who has blond hair and green eyes.
"Pretty much a fine family, am I right?" Applejack asked Andrea, who believes the latter and her family are most likely okay.
"Yes, but I still need my children kept warm and safe for this winter." Andrea reminded Applejack that her three children are still in need for safety and being warm during this winter.
"Ah, don't worry. I can go make everyone some hot chocolate." Applejack walked into the kitchen where the drink station is, and prepare everyone else some hot chocolate, which is the best thing she could come up with.
Andrea looked at Edwin, confused about how a pony like Applejack can make hot chocolate for others, but they let her do it anyway, as they do find her useful.
About thirty minutes later, everyone's hot chocolate was finished and Applejack brought Edwin into the kitchen and grabbed one each at a time for every family member, including his own.
At the family table, the Coppers was drinking the hot chocolate that Applejack has made for them. "We appreciate you for helping us stay warm and comfortable, Miss Applejack." said Emily, wearing winter clothes as the rest are.
"Why, highly welcome, suagrcube." Applejack raised herself up, standing on two hooves briefly before standing on all four hooves again.
"I had no idea you are such a great helper." Brooke said, learning that Applejack helps out with a whole lotta things.
"Aww, you really helped us big time." Vincent praised Applejack for her good efforts in keeping him and the other two siblings warm, as hot chocolate would often keep them warm during the winter season.
"Why no problem at all!" Applejack said with a brave look on her face, as she waved goodbye at the family before heading her way out.
Moments later, Applejack was outside again, feeling happy that she helped out with a family in keeping the children safe and warm and avoid being sick and cold during the winter. "My job here is done." Applejack said, trotting away from the house and decided to do something elsewhere in Truckee.
