This looks more like Firecracker's style than Plunger's, the eyes look like the ones he draws for one, and the snouts from a more front-facing angle don't quite look like Plunger's. That's just my two cents though, I could be wrong for all I know

It does remind me of Plunger's style, though I am not 100% sure of it. His animation usually looks more fluid and finished than this. This has a rough sketch/animatic feel, which I do not associate with his work. It's still really, really good and really, really cute, though.
