Sorcerous Camaraderie
This is technically the second pony-related painting I ever started. The sketching for it began on the twentieth of January 2012, about two months after I "joined the herd", and two days after finishing "A little to the left". I spent a few months working on developing a style for drawing these very unfamiliar characters, planning the layout, and desparately trying to convince myself that what I was doing was perfectly normal and acceptable. I was nearly half-way through finishing the picture sometime around the middle of April when I took a really good look at it, sighed, burried my face in my hands, let the realisation that it was utter garbage use said face for a speedbag, then promptly started over. I worked on it off and on till September fifth, when I finally completed it.
All in all, it was a fun, tedious, time consuming process (I'm starting to sense a theme), and easily takes the place of my Fourth Longest Artistic Project.
