Old summer drawing. It was done in Windows 3.1 Paintbrush under DosBox, and 256 color mode, that's why it has all that color dithering. Eye color is wrong because of that too, flood fill tool in Paintbrush doesn't work on dithered colors, so once you filled area with some non-solid color it cannot be changed easily. And I initially chose blue color for some reason.

Also later I figured out how to run Win3.1 in 1280x1024 16-bit colour mode via DosBox modification and some tweaking of configuration files, what means no dithering and easier usage of flood fill, but I haven't drawn anything since that.
