Talk about not much to go on. I looked at his gallery and checked out a few pages of the fic to get a sense of her story and personality. Frosty is a bit of a rough pony who seems to have a bit of bad luck. She has a robotic prosthetic hoof and is a sharpshooter. Here she is trying to catch the weapon she dropped :)
