The cutie marks themselves on the left are rough traces of the Tell Your Tale cutie marks, which are subtly different from the Make Your Mark cutie marks (>3265849.
Most notably, Hitch's cutie mark has an outline, only one shade of blue for the horseshoe and a green color for the hearts. In Make Your Mark, Hitch's horseshoe is the same green as the hearts and has two shades, and no outline.
Izzy's cutie mark is also slightly simplified, having larger button holes and thicker pins.

They are also different from these cutie marks (>2765411) that have been extracted from a Hasbro PDF and are widely used in the fandom. They are technically inaccurate and outdated. Sunny's cutie mark in that version has a three-colored tail, while it is only two-colored in Make Your Mark and Tell Your Tale. Hitch's cutie mark is a mix between the Make Your Mark and Tell Your Tale design. All existing vectors I could find use these inaccurate cutie marks.
