According to the game, "That's Not My Neighbor," you're pretty much the only doorman left for the apartment complex. While it paints how dire the situation is in the game, you gotta wonder if humanity there deserves to be taken out for being so dumb given most of the dopplegangers' incompetence.
I don't know why I chose Derpy as the doormare, but given the lore I suppose it works in some way.
