Nah, maybe only about 60% of them. Lots and lots of M2F are autogynephiliacs. The fetish object with which they are obsessed is the idea of themselves as female. They aren't sexually interested in kids because they aren't really sexually interested in anyone else at all. Some of them do get off on crossdressing in public because no one's allowed to give them a dirty look and everyone's forced to play along, and that part isn't really sexual for them.
