When the emergence of mysterious crystals forces Sunny and her friends on a mission to the frozen north, they discover a forgotten kingdom and its princess, who has a plan of her own to unite the ponies of Equestria.


So following the release of my MLP: The Movie Rewritten poster that I did some time ago, and with the recent developments of G5, I got inspired again to make another poster with this one based on my story idea of the G5 crew discovering the Crystal Empire for the first time. I think the story itself could have the potential to be a full-on movie, complete with high stakes and character development. It would be the second G5 movie following A New Generation and, unlike the latter, would get a full theatrical release.


The original cast from the first film would all reprise their roles, and in addtion, some new cast members would be featured; Most notably Jordin Sparks as Flurryheart, who plays a large role as the film's antagonist, Keke Palmer as Misty Brightdawn who would make her film debut, and Jacob Tremblay as Sparky Sparkeroni who is now a little older.


For themes, the story would focus on ideals and how one can go too far with them. The relationship between Sunny and Flurryheart and the ideal that they share of uniting the ponies of Equestria in harmony would be a major aspect.


And that's kind of a summary of what I'm going for. I really love this story and I think it would be a great way of reintroducing some elements and characters from G4 in a way that feels grand and natural.
