Street Rat as Monkeywrench, member of the Dreadnoks motorcycle gang, from G.I. Joe.

I remember Monkeywrench being the sleaziest and most weaselly of the Dreadnoks, and so I thought Street Rat would make a good fit for the role. Further, Monkeywrench's file card describes him as being extremely fond of explosions and loud noises, and given how badly Street Rat wanted Pinkie's Party Cannon, we could infer the same about him.
