Hey everyone,
I must have a little inspiration going on or something, because I have another Nightkin doe redesign to present to you- please say hello to Hydrangea; younger sister to Moonseed, but not the youngest- we'll be getting to her tomorrow.
Hydrangea is a little featherweight ball of friendly, chaotic, nervous energy- in the past, she was more on the dour side of things, but through extensive rehabilitative therapy, she has discovered a new lease on life. And oh boy, does she let everyone know it!
Personality wise, she is effectively a mashup of Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash- always on the go, always ready to play or make a friend, and without fail, always there to help the ones she cares about.
As mentioned before, she is roughly the size of a pony in their mid-to late teens, but make no mistake, she is a fully grown adult in her mid 20s. Hydrangea has little to no real ambitions beyond making friends and living her life to the absolute fullest, but is considering taking a role in Lady Nightshade’s household as one of her personal messengers- like her younger sister, Azalea.
With regard to the actual base edit, Hydrangea has been altered extensively since her original version- a new body type, new mane, and a fully reworked colour palette leave very little remaining of her prior look.
And like the other pieces I've done recently, I'm left here wondering why I never got to this before now- she looks way better in this form!
And for those who are curious, I will be replacing her picture in her OC Insights entry with this one, like I am doing with all the new Nightkin pics.
