Angel Wings as a member of the Steel Brigade, the elite corps of G.I. Joe support troops whose members often go on missions with the main G.I. Joe team, and often transition to full on Joe team members.

Why I chose this fusion — Though released as a troop builder in the modern era, the original Steel Brigade was a mail away figure that was a way for kids to create their own G.I. Joe character, writing their own file card on the character’s background and specialty. In short, it was a way for kids themselves to become a G.I. Joe and go on adventures with the rest of their action figures. Angel Wings, of course, is famously an OC made by MLP fan Lex Huele who voiced her in appearances on the show through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She got to be her own pony that interacted with the Mane Six. Both characters were a wish fulfillment for fans, so I figured a fusion between the two was appropriate.
