Rarity's family! The poll I did a few days ago came as a tie, so Fluttershy is next! Not sure how much I like how Magnum came out, so his design is inclined to be retconned. But! Pointverse ramblings below!
I always found Rarity's family so fascinating, considering her dream of Canterlot and the royal family clashes with how both of her parents seem like those who live in trailer parks down by the river. Perhaps Cookie Crumbles had a life in the gourmet baking spotlight before settling down with a retired hoofball athlete who now indulges in fishing and watching the game.
Cookie Crumbles, or better known as Betty Bouffant, rose to fame through multiple cooking shows, and her line of easy bake pans and tins. Her name is known all through the baking community and stay-at-home mothers, all aspiring to reach her level of fame. This fame has led Betty to meet Magnum during a baking charity run, and the two hit it off like 'celery and peanut butter', as Cookie tells Rarity. As if it made much sense.
The two became easy friends, and it eventually blossomed into a romance. Magnum, a legend in the hoofball scene, proposed to Betty right on the field during half-time. It may not have been the most romantic, but Betty did not mind one bit. Years passed, and upon the announcement of a pregnancy on it's way, the two decided to retire, change their names for anonymity and focus on their little family.
Rarity and Sweetie Belle take after their parent's ambitions, and although Rarity loves her parents, often times they can be… Uncivil. They certainly do not understand the intricacies of the fashion world or pop culture in general. But, well-meaning, Cookie Crumbles helps her daughter invest in a small boutique in Ponyville with what money she earned from baking, while Hondo Flanks takes Sweetie Belle out for choir practice out in the city. Occasionally, the Belle family meet together to bake and enjoy the Superhoofball game, much to Rarity's disdain. But she wouldn't change it for the world.
