Carro was a medic on the zebra's side during the war. He joined the army out of oppertunity for an education.

He was a non-combatant, he did not carry weapons, nor did he kill any pony during his service.

His home tribe, Walezi Amani, was renown for their healers. His family, the Kuffuka's, utilised a local species of Rose, (hence the insignia on his shoulder), which had the amasing efect of fusing wounds shut; once the Rosewater was extracted from the plant, and applied to the wound.
