"For some reason when I think of Pinkie in the fallout world, I think of this snack hoarding, grenade chucking, big-gun-having lunatic who carries an excess of Rad-Away to diminish a build of radiation that comes from overeating snacks to compensate for the damage dealt by her enemies and occasionally her own explosives. I figure she'd also be pretty Charismatic and have the Child-at-Heart perk. Dressed her in raider clothes because I didn't know what else she'd wear."
