I already had the concept for this one in my mind to begin with, but during me and Kraus' last Skype call I mentioned I was making a fan pony and he had this to say:

Have you named him yet? You should name him "Shaded Pole" and see who gets the joke, and who thinks they got the joke.

It also made me want to redo this one as a stallion because, to be honest, I don't draw enough stallions and they're super cute too, hence the delay.
