Emerald takes a few deep breathes to calm himself, and after wiping some sweat off his forehead looks back at his wound. It doesn't seem to have stopped bleeding yet, but Emerald doesn't have anything to bandage it with, so he gets up and begins to walk down the cliff.
After walking a few minutes Emerald stops again. He doesn't seem to be doing much better. In fact the whole area is starting to spin and… He feels sort of funny, like his head is in the clouds.
There are three exits. The river continues down the spiral. There is a fang filled mouth to his left, and a white grass field to his right.
