Emerald looks through the bag. There doesn't seem to be anything inside it but dust.

The colt empties out the bag, and puts his inventory into it. Awesome, something to hold all the stuff he's been gathering!

Emerald then takes a peek out the door. it leads outside. Huh, must have been the back door that he saw when he was searching earlier.

Emerald then takes a glance down the stairs, but he can't see anything. It's too dark.
