While Plague Knight had been out and about exploding things, Mona Pona? had been busy in the lab figuring out a way to get more bang for their buck. Apparently it turns out that adding a pinch of witchwood to their normal bomb recipe doesn't exactly make things blow up in the way that they were used to, but it sure did seem to make Mona herself "blow up" some.

The immediate effects of the new bomb were very apparent, and the lingering cloud of fumes the explosion left made sure the bomb continued its work for a good time after the initial explosion.

A different effect, to be sure, but Mona was oh-so-looking forward to showing off the results to Plague Knight when he returned.
