"I most certainly can! Though if you want some real answers I would suggest talking to Head Shaman Bunsen." The zebra says excitedly.
"Bunsen? That doesn't sound like a zebra name to me." Ruby says, tilting her head and squinting.
"Well you needn't be a zebra to worship Marjani, but he is indeed one. He grew up near the borders of Haunchhock. Speaking of which, if you do talk to him please don't mention the war if you can help it. It makes him quite sad." the Zebra says solemnly, "Oh! That's him over there!"
The zebra points to an old, jovial-looking zebra coming slowly out of side door. He is wearing the same ceremonial garb as the zebra at the table. The only difference between the two really is that the zebra is quite short, only slightly taller than Emerald, and that the shaman is carrying a carved black staff similar to the statue on the altar.
Emerald sheepishly walks up to the zebra and says hello.
"Hello child, hello! I don't believe I have seen you before. You can call me Bunsen. And you are…?"
Emerald and Ruby introduce themselves, and he nods and says, "What can I help you with? Come come, let's walk while we talk. These old bones don't move like they used to, and we all need to get to the ritual!"
Bunsen walks slowly along towards the door, and Emerald asks what the ritual entails.
"Never seen it before, eh?" He chuckles, "Well I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise. You'll love it though!"
Emerald can't help but smile at his enthusiasm, and asks what the garb he is wearing represents.
"The mask represents the face of Marjani. It is said he was always smiling. It also acts as goggles, and if I had the stuff for it installed, a gas mask." He says, still chuckling again.
