Hes the spoiled Prince of the Sea Pony Kingdom! Prince Seafoam. Very self-entitled and kinda annoying. Hes not very powerful cause he hasnt inherited the crown from his mom yet. He mostly just complains about his servants.

(theres normal ponies in the sea pony kingdom too, I just like to think its a castle by the sea on a big cliff.)

Also hes more teal/green than this, the colours kinda got distorted."
