Freak…

That's all kids called her. They called her names, freak was the most used. Why you may ask? Well first thing is, there's really no reason to treat her lower than dirt. She was nice, smart, kind and even open for friendship.

She tried to be liked. She tried to get other kids to like her. Maybe even be friends with her. But…things weren't that easy. She was always seen as strange. She was always seen as different by others. She was always a freak. All because…of her parents.

She was the daughter of Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer. She had two moms. Because of these things, she sometimes have dreams and sometimes she struggles to go to sleep sometimes at night. These kids hate her. These kids were so cruel. Just because of her parents and their choices. Poor Dawn Afterglow. Poor POOR Dawn.

However, her friends and family was NOTHING like those kids that tease and taunt her. Sunset, her mother always told her that there is nothing at all wrong with her and the only reason people say such mean things is because they didn't understand. Sunset always told her to not let them get to her, that she was human just as much as anyone else. That those kids didn't matter. The people who she loved was the ones who mattered. Her friends thought the same. They cared and loved Dawn.

Despite those words, even though Dawn understood that she couldn't be friends with everyone, Dawn still hoped that maybe one day, more people would understand, people would understand that Dawn is her own person. That they will see her as a person and for who she is, not who she decides to be with or her upbringing.

I might make a story about this in the future. I'm very proud of this one I hope you guys like it.
