So I've come to the decision that Blue Blood will be Luna's son; adopted since there's no way he'd be biologically related. Regardless he's shocked to discover that his mother is pregnant to a changeling child, disgusted even. Growing up Luna tried to encourage him to bond Noctis but this rarely ever happened, only occuring when he had no choice. Noctis rarely acknowledges his presence nor does she care for his stuck up attitude.
