Well. Might get downvoted, like usual, but couldn't help but draw this as I listened to some pretty heartfelt music.

In any case, this actually plays into this universes cannon in which Sonic had lost everyone he knew save a few from his world. He's able to joke around and what not but when he nearly lost his newest partner and best friend…well…he couldn't help but but let down his cocky facade and be thankful that she didn't leave him.
