i feel i don't draw enough Rarity & thought i'd have her doing some measuring. i kind of wanted her in this particular pose but i also wanted a reason why she'd be in that pose & though measuring a dress on a mannequin like that may be unusual & seemingly odd (i don't know, i don't do what Rarara does) but it's all i could think of & i think it works alright. as for why she looks a bit confused & has her tongue out, i dunno, i just felt like it.
