one of my most frequent tumblr requests is for a kid for Nocturnus and Chakra
No matter how content he ends up with Noct and Primrose, the odds of Chakra's neurotic ass deciding to deliberately produce a crotchspawn are….astronomically low. But who needs characterization realism when you just wanna design some babbus, am i riiiight

featuring

1.) Super grumpy grump pregnant Chakra (and happy daddybat Noct). Even after being temporarily magicked into a mare, Chakra's pretty goddamned big (And even bigger now that there's a teeny bat bun in the oven, Noct likes to tease). I'm gonna borrow MustLoveFrogs's headcanon: Children born to same-sex couples via complex magic are referred to as "spell-born".

2.) Teenage teeny-bopper Primrose. She ends up getting dreadlocks just like her "Pops". She's a snarky lil shit, and Chakra and Nocturnus adore her. Prim dabbles a lot in mysticism and meditation (she's really big on studying crystals and moon phases and spiritual energy and whatnot), and though a lot of it seems like nonsense, she actually is quite good at sensing other ponies' auras and emotions. Her special talent is helping disabled foals.

3.) Primrose's spellborn little sister, Aloe Leaf. Little Aloe is a feisty, huffy-puffy tsundere-pants, and simultaneously demands attention, while also wanting to be left alone. When attention is given to her, she turns pink and starts mumbling. She's a strange, quiet kid, and the only one she totally respects and communicates with is Primrose. Aloe has what Noct calls "a slight biting problem", and it's usually aimed at Chakra (she wants his attention the most). Chakra sometimes wakes up to her perched on his chest, watching him sleep. She's very emotional and affectionate, but bad at expressing it, so she's opt to simply glare at you until you figure out she wants a hug. Chakra and Noct are pretty fond of their odd little bab (even though Chakra wishes she'd stop biting him to show her love for daddo)
