I've done pics of the Mane 6 as ninjas before but one thing that I've been wanting to do for a while now is draw them in their personal colors. Some of you are probably wondering what I mean, well if you've seen my Siege of Canterlot pics you most likely noticed that they all had a similar color scheme and that stems from me wanting to make them look more like a unit and to create some contrast between the two main parties. This pic is me going from them as a unit to them as individuals, that way if I want to make a ninja pic of them I don't have to necessarily do it in the setting of my one series.
One of the tricky parts in determining what colors to use stems from the fact that the Mane 6 don't really wear clothes that much, and the outfits they have worn have a large number of colors to choose from. Now for most of them I could resort to the colors I used for their EQG versions, but I still had to do some tweaking since their skin and fur colors differ slightly and to maintain the balance of the pic. Other than all that not much more to say besides that I think it came out pretty good and I hope you all enjoy
